If this is your primary phone, I would suggest you wait for OTA update.
But why do you want to want to change CSC when you can sideload the update?

I have already changed my csc from xsg ( dubai version) to INS , due to this change I have not recieved any kind of updates or security patch on my s24 ultra
Do you know how to get OTA updates for changed CSC phones
Or any workaround ??

Is your device unlocked International model? If no then you have to switch back to original CSC to get the updates.
You can also flash the ROM using Odin.
