How to change CSC from UAE to India officially? 

I need call recorder feature in my phone...

No official way. You might loose warranty in case things go wrong while doing it. Check if service centre is able to help you.

My phone is already 1.5 yrs old so no warranty issues.. I jus need call recording. And I have visited authorised sc, they don't have any solution to change the csc.
