Galaxy SDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your query, we want to inform you that data shown in the weather app is usually provided by state-level meteorological departments and from all over the globe. So, the data shown there is predictable data measured and it can vary as per the real-time atmosphere.
We would request you to clear the app data and cache of the Weather Widget Application which is facing the issue, following the below steps :
1: Clear App data: From Settings> swipe to and tap Apps> Select the app you want to clear> Tap Storage> tap Clear data> and then tap OK. This will completely wipe the app and reset it to the original settings.
2: Clear an app's cache: From Settings> swipe to and tap Apps> Select the app you want to clear> Tap Storage> and then tap Clear Cache.
3: Switch off your phone for a few minutes and then switch on and wait for a few minutes.
4: Tap on Google Play Store app or Galaxy Store> Manage apps & device> Apps available to update> If you want to update apps individually, tap See details and then tap the Update button next to the app you would like to update.
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
