Bug in Notes ( Samsung inbuilt app )

While editing in notes when we insert images into notes in automatically came into left side of page and remain in left side of screen 

When we pull it to other side of screen it aitomatically goes to left side

We want that give us freedom to use images all over the screen when we insert new images

That is not a bug ig
By default the image gets aligned with or added after the text. So for placing wherever you want, ig you will have to remove the anchor.
