With popup folders applied, select few apps in a folder and try to uninstall them in bulk. Closing the folder in top row to view the selected options they just cancel.
That is applicable when you add your device to an organisation. In my case this is a work phone so there will be work profile and to differentiate work apps from regular apps, there is a personal space. They are both encrypted with different spaces.
