Is it just my device or the max brightness has been reduced post one ui 4 update on S20FE devices?

Samsung released one ui 4.0 very prematurely. In my device extra dim option is not showing up in notification panel. But in update change log it mention as extra dim feature added. When informed this issue to Samsung help they are saying to share bloody logfile.
Making logs file is a mess in Samsung device's via Samsung method, also their Samsung members app does not support log file extension to attach and share and their worthless team always keep repeating to share log file.
This is how Samsung says they have priority customer support for their so called premium device's.
By the way my device is Galaxy note note 10 plus.

If I'm not wrong, S10 and Note 10 series were not going to get extra dim feature. But I get the point of mentioning it in the change log and not giving the feature. They seem to just use the same change log for all devices 😂

I just checked they did not mention it my bad 😅 😕 .

I might have been wrongly assumed by reading EU samsung community page for extra dim disappearing.

Nope. There was no beta program for my device. I m using a Galaxy S20FE
