Galaxy SMaking logs file is a mess in Samsung device's via Samsung method, also their Samsung members app does not support log file extension to attach and share and their worthless team always keep repeating to share log file.
This is how Samsung says they have priority customer support for their so called premium device's.
By the way my device is Galaxy note note 10 plus.

Galaxy SI just checked they did not mention it my bad 😅 😕 .
I might have been wrongly assumed by reading EU samsung community page for extra dim disappearing.
