Lens Flare issue

Decreased Brightness and exposure 

Dear Samsung and Members

I think there Is an issue in Samsung S20fe about lens flare . Here the colour of lens flare are in pink colour, it's ohkay if the colour is yellow or white but pink ? Even if there is no relation about it in any case , the cover is not pink the light is not pink .

I will like if any suggestion or any steps are going to be taken on this issue.

As per your issue, we want to inform you that it’s a normal flare phenomenon that occurs when shooting under backlight with the sun or light located close to the screen frame or when there are fingerprints/foreign matter on the lens. It is particularly obvious when taking photos of objects around bright lights. And request you to share a log file, and click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
