Dear Samsung India Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the delay in the rollout of the One UI 7 update, which was initially expected to be released in January 2025. As a loyal Samsung customer, I feel deceived by the lack of transparency and the failure to adhere to your stated software update policy. Despite multiple assurances and promotional claims about timely updates, Samsung has not provided any concrete timeline or explanation for the delay. This not only misleads customers but also compromises the performance and security of the devices we have invested in with trust. If this issue is not resolved immediately, we will be compelled to file an official complaint with the Indian Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act for unfair trade practices and breach of commitment. We hope Samsung will take this matter seriously and provide a clear update timeline without further delays.

I too agree with u bro. I have been a grt samsung fan and there tech. The main reason was also the update policy promised by the company for 7 years. The ui initially was outdated. And now the new ui takes this long to roll out with no specific timeline. This has been very much frustrating. I hope we all receive the update today.
