You may try some of these steps:
- Unpair any other device connected to the vehicle and try again.
- Probably make sure that other devices are not connected to your device.
- Try deleting the device from the vehicle and redo the process if the device was paired before.

BTW, what you mean...have you paired the device but audio not working? Cause I had that issue and then had to switch the audio from phone speakers to car audio

It is working with other phone. That means car audio is ok. S22 and car audio is pairs, but shows in the phone that couldn't connect

Clear Bluetooth cache from S22 and try again. Up-vote if helpful.

I done the software reinstall from the service centre and still the problems have not been solved. Then we tried another new phone and finally came to a conclusion that s22 android version has been updated to android 13 which car audio is not supporting. Need to upgrade the car audio firmware.
