1. Compatibility check: Make sure both devices can actually play nice together.

2. Update time: Ensure your Samsung S23 Ultra and Huawei FreeBuds 4 have the latest software updates installed.

3. Restart and reconnect: Give both devices a restart and then reconnect them to see if that does the trick.

4. Battery optimization off: Check if there are any pesky battery optimization settings messing with your Bluetooth. Disable them if needed.

5. Get some expert help: If all else fails, reach out to Samsung and Huawei support for some tech-savvy assistance.

Dear,

the problem was solved after changing the Battery optimization to Unrestricted.

Many Thanks.

This is absolutely not working advice. It has nothing to do with solving the problem.
Sometimes it is better to remain silent.

Hello,

Kindly try to reset the Bluetooth Device and enter it in the pairing mode by referring to their manual. Turn Airplane mode on and off. And check the software update if it is up-to-date for both the device and the Buds.

Step 1 Swipe up or down to view the apps.

Step 2 Press Settings.

Step 3 Scroll to and touch General management.

Step 4 Press Reset.

Step 5 Press Reset network settings.

Step 6 Press Reset settings.

And then try to do a soft reset for the device by pressing and holding the Power button and the Volume down button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. This will Not delete any data from the device.

If the problem persists, please send us an Error Report by following the steps below.
