After update my s23 fe i got Bluetooth issue when i connect to earbuds or any bluetooth device volume not adjust and sound is too low i After restart my phone it will resolve but after many times i will create problems again and i visited your service centre they also avoid my case and didn't help me yet.

Yes, you are correct; I was also facing the same issue, but I think it is my earbud problem.

But in my device i am facing this issue with samsung's buds also and i tried with different buds also

When I try to connect my ear buds than my device is not found any Bluetooth device
