Same here while streaming music to a device it interrupts shortly. It sounds like it's disconnecting and reconnecting.

It only happens with Spotify and my Aftershokz Aeropex headset.

Youtube + Aeropex no issues.

Bose NC700 Headphones + Spotify no issues.

Galaxy Buds+ +Spotify no issues

 Hi guys,

just found the solution (at least for me).

Had Bluetooth Audio issues after One UI 4.0 update but only with certain headphones.

To fix it, activate developer options (if you don't know how: Google it)

Connect your headphones and head into developer options. Then change the value at Bluetooth Audio: Codec from AptX to SBC.

That worked for me, no issues anymore.

on my Note 20 SBC parameter is set as default value...
but i slill have a problems with sound interrupts((
