Bixby text call not working [Error]

Hi ny bixby text call is not working every time when I try to enable it it directs to me to download English india language pack( which is already download) I tried clear data and cache of phone app but still it's not working.. below is the attached screenshot.

No but what I checked that I have to reset my phone. Which i toh not doing as of now.
