I've been using Bixby on my Samsung device for a while now, and unfortunately, it feels like the virtual assistant has seen better days. With the rapid advancements in technology, especially in AI-powered assistants, Bixby seems to be lagging behind.

The biggest issue I face is the outdated software. It's been years since I've seen any significant updates or improvements to Bixby's capabilities. The interface feels old, and the features are nowhere near what other virtual assistants like Google Assistant or Siri offer.

Another major problem is the lack of personalization. Bixby fails to learn my habits and preferences, making it less useful with time. I find myself using other apps and services to get things done, rather than relying on Bixby.

It's disappointing to see Samsung's virtual assistant fall so far behind. With the company's focus on innovation and cutting-edge technology, I expected more from Bixby.

Are there any plans to revive Bixby or release a new update that addresses these issues? As a loyal Samsung customer, I hope to see some significant improvements soon.
Its taking to much time for update

People will chose the better, i.e., Google Assistant over Bixby

I understand your point, but it's not necessarily a question of Google Assistant being better than Bixby. The experience can vary greatly depending on the device. For instance, Google Assistant on Pixel phones has more features compared to other devices.

This is because companies typically prioritize their own ecosystem and user experience. Samsung's Bixby, for example, is optimized for Galaxy S and Fold series, offering a more seamless experience.

Similarly, Google Assistant works best on Pixel phones. This isn't unique to these companies; it's a common practice in the industry.

Additionally, it's worth noting that third-party companies often have different software agreements and data sharing practices. This can impact the overall user experience and software pricing.

Let's appreciate the unique strengths of each assistant and ecosystem, rather than making direct comparisons.

GA have broader user base and great developer flexibility which leaves bixby at a dead end.
