Bixby routines not working properly

I have set-up a Bixby routine in my current phone (Galaxy S23) to turn off wi-fi & switch to mobile data at 7:10 AM everyday (except sunday).
This routine works correctly 8/9 out of 10 times.
It misses to switch to mobile data 1 or 2 times.

I don't understand whether it is a glitch or it is due to any other action I'm not aware of.

Has anyone else faced similar problem ?
Please share your experience/opinions.

PS: I had same routine in my previous phone (Galaxy note 10 lite) and same issue was also available in that phone also.
