Bixby Text Call

Can someone tell me how to enable bixby text call in s21fe ??

Go to phone Dailer and click on 3 dots on the top right corner call settings will open and there you can click on Bixby text call 3rd option and enable it .

Go to 'Phone ' App and click on Right side 3 dots .then settings.and there is a option of bixby text call
