After updating my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, a green line appeared on the screen, and Samsung is not providing free replacements for their AMOLED mobiles. As a trusted brand, this experience has been disappointing. Samsung should offer free replacements for all their AMOLED screen mobiles. Otherwise, people will lose trust and shift to other brands, much like how people are now switching from BSNL to Jio. I'll definitely consider OnePlus next time, as they provided a free replacement for my Nord CE and all amoled mobile without any cost. Samsung needs to address this issue to retain their customer base. 🤨
Next time consider all mobile which have amoled display its yours software issue not hardware and instructions to yours software devlopers to fix this if not remove it a software developer. existing customers not update a mobile so this cause a serious securty issue in Samsung mobile harm the brand and trust issues.
