I enrolled the beta Program on my S23 FE and by mistake or curiosity I left beta. As for today, everyone got stable update but I didn't. Smart switch isn't connecting between my MacBook and phone. How can I get regular stable update?

I too have the same issue, smart switch ain't working for me(windows).

As per your query, we would like to inform you that if you deregistered from beta program, then rollback to previous binary using smart switch. After that, you will be able to get stable update.

Kindly follow the bellow steps:

Step 1. Connect your device to your computer using the USB cable provided with your device.

Step 2. Open Smart Switch on your PC.

Step 3. If a software update is available, Smart Switch will automatically prompt you to update the software or display an option to update.

Step 4. Tap Update and follow the on-screen instructions to download the necessary files and complete the update process.

In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Hi, i tried it using the samsung smart switch application it always shows an error saying "cannot create a file when that file already exists" please help me out.
