I HAVE VISITED SAMSUNG CARE TWICE AND CONTACTED THEM ON CALL ABOUT 10 TIME IN PAST 2 MONTHS. MY S22 ULTRA BATTERY IS GIVING AN ISSUE. I HAVE SHARED ALL THE BATTERY DRAIN ISSUES WITH SAMSUNG REMOTE SUPPORT TEAM AND SAMSUNG CARE ALSO.THEY HAVE FORMATED MY DEVICE ALSO. I HAVE REQUESTED THEM TO CHANGE THE BATTERY OF MY DEVICES STILL ITS BEEN AN MONTH THAT THE BATTERY DIDNT ARRIVE .I REQUEST SAMSUNG TO REPLACE MY BATTERY BEFORE WARRANTY END ON THIS 20 MARCH 2023. I HAVE BIG ISSUES WITH SAMSUNG SERVICES NOW AS THEY ARE NOT GIVING AN PROPER SERVICE TO THEIR PREMIUM HANDSET ISSUES ALSO.Im Getting an estimated of full charge battery life of 8 hours which narrow down everytime to 4 hours with an SOT of 2 hour maximum previous i was getting SOT of approx 4 hours..An SOT of 2 hours or less is just garbage for me when im using an flagship devices. AFTER 5.1 update the battery drain increases significantly. Im an normal user with social app uses and No 5g. Rest i have told every detailed issue and stats to samsung service centre.Ratlam.Madhya pradesh.Pin code.457001.

Yeah same is happening with my s20 fe 5g after one ui 5.1 update

Battery optimization helps you to boost the battery performance of your device. To check battery optimization:

Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory

Kindly turn off the smart features of the device and other connectivity features when not in use, which will eventually help you to reduce battery power consumption (smart features such as Motion gestures in advance feature and Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Hotspot, etc.).

Please follow the below steps:
1. Swipe down on the home screen to open the notification panel.
2. Tap on Bluetooth, Location/GPS, Wi-Fi, Mobile hotspot, NFC, etc. to turn off.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
