Battery drain on S20 Plus even after changing the battery

I am Getting very low screen on time on my S20 plus even after changing the battery. Is it after One UI 5 update? Initially i thought its because phone is nearly 3 years old, battery may have deteriorated, but even after changing the battery and resetting the phone battery back up is not upto the mark. Game play was just around 1 hour mark, rest browsing and social media out of 3.5 hours of screen on time.

When I updated to One UI 5.0 the battery use to drop on idle by 11% to 15% over the night but now it drops by 6%. Compared to One UI 4.0 / 4.1 it is taking longer for One UI to understand the usage. My Note was updated in Nov 22 🤔 I guess

Battery change hi nehin karnatha after 4 year change karte to achha hota bhai

It takes 25% of battery in 8 hours with 1 Minute of SOT.
