It’s frustrating to deal with battery drain issues on Samsung phones, especially when the battery life seems inadequate despite having a decent capacity like 4000mAh. Users are often disappointed when software updates don't address these concerns or improve battery performance. When facing such issues, there are a few strategies you can try. First, ensure that your phone's software is updated to the latest version, as updates sometimes include battery optimization improvements. Second, check for apps that may be consuming excessive battery in the background and manage their permissions or restrict their usage. Adjusting settings such as screen brightness, reducing background app activity, and enabling battery saver modes can also help extend battery life. If these steps don’t improve the situation, it might be worth reaching out to Samsung support or visiting a service center to see if there are any hardware-related issues contributing to the problem.
