Galaxy S
I have maximum "Battery Protection" activated under "Battery Protect" option. This means my S24U only charges up to 80%. My display has also been set to FHD+ instead of QHD to decrease battery drain.
Based on my phone usage, the software estimates I have 1d22h of battery left. But I know that later in the evening, i will reach 58% battery, and I will charge it back up to 80%.
Go to: Settings 》Device Care 》Click Memory 》 Wait, then click "Clean Now."
You can even create a Home Screen widget for this Clean Memory function. You should also restart your phone once a week due to memory leaks. Those contribute to battery drain.
Your screenshot already pinpoints Tik Tok as "high background battery usage" offender. This screen is from Battery Care section of settings.
Under the graph, it displays Apps which have used battery recently. Click on "View Details." Scroll down to Tik Tok App. Click on that line. On the new page, activate the "Background Usage Limit" for this App. It will prevent it from eating your battery in the background, when you are not using your phone. Same for Windy weather App and Skype. Limit their background usage.

No, it should be close to a day remaining. It seems like your tik tok takes a lot of power in the background. I suggest you try switch off the background activity of apps that take a lot of power
