Battery capacity of s22

Just wanted to confirm whether the max capacity of s22 is 3590mah. Why the max capacity isn't 3700mah?

3,700 is the max capacity at 100% battery level.

Your max capacity goes down when the battery level goes down.

Yes, but if it's new, it should me showing 3700, isn't it? My S22 (just 1 week using it) is showing 3590 too. This is weird! Maybe because I used wireless charging? I'm suspecting it's because of that - I saw a video in youtube, saying that the wireless charging degrades the battery healthy.

Ya, me too, because my S22 is new, just 1 week using it, and it shows in "Ampere" app only 3590 mah. Why?!?!?!?!?
