Battery Replacement Query

I have Replaced the battery for my smartphone adn after that i run again the device diagnostic and still it shows battery weak for mew battery.

I have reset my phone but still the diagnostic app shows battery issue despite of new original battery installed.

Is it normal or software glitch. Please Help

I have done wipe cache partition but still it shows the same thing.

Then its another issue, you got reply from Admim to visit service centre you should visit there once

I think you got a defective battery ,and you should visit the same service centre and ask them to take action according to it
