When the Battery Level is at 10%, it drops directly down to 2%and then shuts off suddenly. I own a S9 and stuff like this shouldn't happen. Get back to me ASAP

Battery info needs to be reset. When it turns off, try to turn it on again...and if it turns off again, turn on again. Repeat this until there is no more power and it doesn't turn on. Now charge your phone for 6 hrs while keeping it switched off. Remove cable and turn on your phone. Should be solved.
