Same was happening on S23 series they later solved it with an update so be patient Samsung will fix this issue with next update soon

Re install apps which are not working. Mine hdfc and kotak working fine.

Banking apps only work on official (stable) updates. So it wont work on beta unless the update is properly certified. This is one disadvantage of installing beta OS. Gpay /PhonePe will still work though

It happens due to the Google framework update issues in beta OS. Try to reset your device and don't restore the old data. Then try to install the apps manually. Hope your isssue will get resolved.
