The back tap action is not working whenever I double-tape on the back panel

You are talking about good lock registar app right?
New update for registar app is available on galaxy store.update it n see if it is improved or not

Already updated to latest version but it's not working mostly it's not working for my device, it's working in 1/10 trials

Uninstall good lock features if they are not working properly. I dont use goodlock features it reduces the speed.

Maybe its due to back cover. Try by removing back cover

Yes you're right, my phone is in power-saving mode so when I off my power saving mode its works fine now
