Back panel adhesive melting.

Did anyone faced this issue??

I have S24 ultra titanium black.

The issue is whenever i use my phone in sunlight or keep my phone on car dashboard, it gets heated too much.

Now i saw that my phone back panel got detached suddenly. I was totally in shock.

I visited nearest seevice center and they applied new adhesive tape on the back panel and fixed it for free.

When i asked the reason, they said it will reoccur if you will keep your phone in hot areas like sunlight

This is strange..using phone in aunlight should not melt its adhesive. Whats the use of it then when I can't use it in summer in day time.

I sent my query. Please have someone from your team to take a look at it. I don't think samsung would do this kind of cheap things with their premium segment customers.
