I have s23 ultra that i purchased in 7th april 2023. Few days ago about 2 to 3 days ago when i clean my phone with soft cloth i saw that back glass slightly detached from main frame ....at that time i look into this sincerely then i found that the adhesive of back cover loosed. I want to ask Samsung India what should i do now because when i purchase a premium series phone and face this type of issue just after 1 year what is the meaning of being a premium customer i was pay 1 lac 20,000 rupee for this . seriously? If i have or like me customer face this type of issue what is the benefit of being a premium customer. Now i think that buying a phone under 20k is best option at that time . Its my fault to showing this believe on Samsung. Now when i will go on service center they will demand money for pasting my back glass again because it is out of warranty. So nice samsung to give this type of cheap product at name of premium phone. I complained many times in samsung that phone is getting hot drastically after update they didn't resolve it till now so now the problem occur with back glass adhesive. Now samsung u have to helping me out with this **bleep** that happened with me otherwise i will complaint in consumer court because i pay alot of money to buying this product just after one year i cant spent anymore on it..

My s23 ultra fallen in bucket 🪣 n got ample amount of water inside . As my back cover also got loose .. after 14 months I had to pay 21 k for repairs.. silly cost cutting of samsung . Costed me extra 21 k

Did you get your back panel taped from the service centre? If yes, then how much did they charge? I am facing the same issue, theres minor raise in the back panel on one side, I visited the service centre and they quoted me 800₹.
