Back Panel issue in S21 FE 5G

Dear Samsung, I am writing to express my concern with my Samsung S21 FE,It has been just 2 years since the purchase, & I am facing a significant issue where the back cover/panel of the phone opens automatically. This is quite unexpected, please help.

Hey bro, I think you mean the back panel of your phone? If so, you should probably get the battery changed. It might be swollen and could cause some serious damage if it explodes.

Yes, back panel. I visited the service center, it's not a battery issue.

Then go to a local phone repair shop and get them to use good glue. It'll probably cost around 100 rupees.

Then what about water resistant mobile, IP 67 and all ?

Yeah, this back panel which coming out, weak network reception, less battery backup and green line on display are common issues on S21FE device... 😬

I already visited, They pressed the back panel but the panel opened again after a day. I visited again, now they are asking around 700 rupees to fix it.

Same problem... Heating issue is causing the glue to loosen up
