I am using S23. Do I need to use any membrane protection film to protect the back glass of Samsung? If I do not use any protection, just use a cover or use it without cover. So then there will be the stretch on a back side?

Hi, I also have a regular S23. I got a transparent membrane installed on my phone cause I too thought the same and I believe it will not only protect it from shattering( from any reason) but it also got my sides covered too which definitely protects the shiny aluminum frame from the scratches( I have the cream colour, too shiny😂 from sides but I love it). I believe it's better to be on safer side and I asked the shopkeeper that will this leave any stickering mark on my phone and he replied it is easily peelable(yeah it was), so you can take it out in future yourself and get it changed or enjoy the beautiful raw look of the phone....😊
Bro I think this much which I typed will help you surely and please will you mark this as answered or resolved( whatever it is called 😂) this will get me a badge for that..Thank you🙏

Bro I'm also using membrane and I feel like it's causing heating issue due to that because there is extra layer. What's your take on it?

Hmm, good point... that might be causing improper heat dissipation on our phones which are too small to cool off. Well I put my phone in front of a cooler or under a fan ...even I put it inside the freezer for like a minute when I stress the cpu too hard 😂😂 it really feels like the processor gonna come out melting and fall on the floor😂..
Bro, do you also feel the sides get hot too when throttling?
Well I have seen reviews saying that the back glass popped out without any cause...I thuoght maybe due to heat or maybe some kind glue issue. God forbid that should not happen to the ones we own...
So in case that happens that freaking service centre team would definitely charge you for that....so gotta keep using that membrane..mm hmm
