My BSNL SIM's not working on my Samsung S23 unless I turn off Auto Blocker's maximum restriction, and I can't call or get calls even though it shows I have a network.

Any ideas?

Is it in 4G only? If yes then you have to turn on VoLTE service by calling on 1503(customer care)

Got it, the thing is your device falls back to 2G during calling and auto blocker on maximum doesn't support 2G . Probably your area have problems in 3G calling, previously here also we got problems in 3G.
I have my primary Sim BSNL with VoLTE activated. That's why call getting connected, but 2G getting off (as in SS) in your case 3G preffered restricts it to search for 4g, also 2G is not available , that's why when putting auto blocker maximum you're unable to make call.
I will suggest you to put it on 5G preferred and activate VoLTE via customer care. Also If your sim is older , swap it with 5G ready one.1749127101489.jpg
