Automatic poweroff issue in Samsung S21fe

I brought a Samsung Galaxy S21 fe mobile 2 days ago. I am facing the automatic poweroff while using or after sometime when not using the mobile it's getting poweroff. How to solve this issue?

My dear your's device is new only two days old, maybe it's Motherboard issue, so complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and demand to him replace this defected device immediately. Thanks.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Kindly use a genuine Samsung charger.
We always recommend using a genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.

There are two methods to disable the auto restart function
1- Tap on Settings> General management>Reset > Disable Auto restart (if enabled)> Auto restart disabled.
2- Tap on Settings> Battery and device care> Three dots> Automation> Auto restart at set times if enabled.

If you are facing this issue after installing any new application then uninstall that application.
Tap on Settings> Apps > desired app> Uninstall> Ok.

Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

Reset settings: Tap on Settings>General Management> Reset and then tap on Reset settings.
