Auto change of wallpapers

My phones wallpaper is getting autochanged after I connect to WiFi, I am unable to find why is it happening, I've turned of Dynamic Wallpapers then also the problem is there, I haven't even given permission to any other app to auto change wallpaper

Search 'Wallpaper services' in Settings and select 'none'

I've already done that, doesn't work 🥲

Go to settings > Apps > wallpaper services > change system settings and select 'Not allowed'
You can also turn off the 'Appear on top' option

Please turn off the background data usage option of the 'Wallpaper services' app and don't update this app...
Because by updating this app, it's automatically activated in background...

My dear go to setting than, Apps, wallpaper services, change system settings & select to not allowed. Thanks
