Most of the apps not working properly in my S21 ultra after the android 12 update on December 2nd and 3rd. 

Most of the apps crashes but all apps are updated.

Factory reset your phone and will fix it.

Your authorized service centres are clueless with trial and error approach and did not know how to fix my issue which is apps from Google store not updated and new ones won't install. This happened after the 4 ui update. Such a shame for samsung flagship

Dear Samsung,

Had visited your authorized service center ( Mirdiff city centre Dubai) and they can't do anything about this problem.
Can you please advise what should i do to get this sorted out.
