Apps in Split Screen

Why all the apps are opening in Split screen through the apps in edge panel in S10?

If you single click it will open full screen, if you touch and hold it will open in split screen

Even if an existing app is open and I try to open another by single click it goes to split screen

Go to the edge panel where you select apps then click 3 dots on the top corner in right and check split screen settings.
