I'm not able to update or install any app from Google store.. I've already created a post and Samsung India replied me with few troubleshooting techniques.. nothing works.. I logged a complaint with Google and they said it is something to be dealt by manufacturer.. can someone help.. is it due to the old security patch??? my mobile has last updated with February patch..

Hey it's a common issue

try this it should be fine - first remove your google account from setting>account> google> remove account

then resign again from google play with your email

Then back up your data, contact etc using smart switch app and then do factory reset. It will be fine

My phone also lags pretty bad on the My apps page
It started around a month back when the UI of play store changed , though there's no problem in updating the apps

Solution1:
Goto Settings > Application > Application Manager > find Google Play Store > click storage > Clear cache & Clear Data > back > Force Stop & (Do not Uninstall Updates)
Go back to Google Play Store and search & download something.

Try it. Hope it works

Do you face this issue while roaming?

Solution 2:
Change the internet settings & Access point names. Delete it and reset again.

Change the Time & Date..
