Galaxy SAfter third failed attempt (Aug 11), I registered a complaint with Samsung customer care. Since then, I have been trying to get an update on the status and expected resolution of my issue. But every time I ask for an update, Samsung customer care team gives me the same vague answer that they have forwarded the complaint to the respective team. There is no concrete update or resolution for more than 4 days now.
So in summary, Samsung took money from me, partnered with a shoddy service like Cashify for exchange (Cashify Diagnose has a rating of 1.7 on Play Store), failed to deliver the phone on promised date and are now unable to resolve a simple exchange issue for more than 4 days, potentially causing me monetary loss.
This is an appalling level of customer support by Samsung and will cause loyal customers like me to move away from the brand.
