Appalling exchange service by Samsung / Cashify

I purchased Galaxy S23 from Samsung Shop app with exchange offer. I generated the exchange code through Cashify Diagnose app after successfully completing all tests. However, the delivery person could not successfully scan the code due to an issue with Cashify/Samsung systems. Next delivery attempt also resulted in the same issue.

After third failed attempt (Aug 11), I registered a complaint with Samsung customer care. Since then, I have been trying to get an update on the status and expected resolution of my issue. But every time I ask for an update, Samsung customer care team gives me the same vague answer that they have forwarded the complaint to the respective team. There is no concrete update or resolution for more than 4 days now. 

Meanwhile, all festival offers on e-commerce platforms are now over. If Samsung is unable to deliver my new device, I will have to purchase a new phone at full price. 

So in summary, Samsung took money from me, partnered with a shoddy service like Cashify for exchange (Cashify Diagnose has a rating of 1.7 on Play Store), failed to deliver the phone on promised date and are now unable to resolve a simple exchange issue for more than 4 days, potentially causing me monetary loss.

This is an appalling level of customer support by Samsung and will cause loyal customers like me to move away from the brand.

Same like i exchange s23 in cashify exchange is very low money to exchange my phone worst customers support due in S23 ultra delivery

No update, both cashify and samsung are not giving any resolution. Still asking them for something

Today I had the same issue with s23ultra exchange .. the exchange code was generated successfully , but the delivery agent was not able to scan successfully.

No resolution yet

Please let me know if there is any resolution.
