App without name/icon and toasting App Disabled when clicked.

Selected the so called null apps

This is a screenshot showing some unnamed apps without icon that are selectable.

When hold on them it shows null instead of the app name and when i try to open them it toasts a message that "App Disabled".

Why is this ? And how to remove this ?

Is this any hacking stuff ?

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
