Animation stutters in S23 ultra

I've noticed that if we are in a chat box whether it is in message, WhatsApp, Instagram if we have our keyboard opened and swipe up to the home screen there are some stutters in S23 ultra

It's bug of oneui 5.1 coz same problem i'm facing in s22 ultra
