As we know google implemented Project Treble with Android PIE / after OREO release
So those from Android Q release onwards asking for Android Q update they must remember if Your device is not listed or Supported by Google Treble Project than You will not receive any Android Q OS updates
As Android Q comes with Google DSU feature so those devices not supported by Google Project Treble will not recive any Android Q os Updates
Update : officially there is no android version names as Android Q now , its official name is ANDROID 10 now
