There is a confusion in Samsung Community about Pie Beta. Software Beta Programme is not for all because it is meant for testing a software and making it stable through feedback of Beta Testers.

Beta software refers to mobile phone/Computer  software that is undergoing testing and has not yet been officially released. ... In most cases, a software developer will release multiple "beta" versions of a program during the beta phase. Each version includes updates and bug fixes that have been made in response to user feedback.

it is for all s9 and s9+ users while for limited note 9 users. still not available in India only reset all countries got it in November.
