Android 9 to Android 12

Got the s10 plus which had Android 9 went to update and it only gave me Android 12 bypassing 10 & 11 the features are total different with just the 12 update

I'm in oneui 4 which is Android 12 for s10+ everything is perfect nothing to complain about

Obviously it will directly upgrade to android 12(last major update)
