I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the conflicting information provided about the Android 14 update for the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G. At the time of purchase, I was assured by a Samsung executive that this device would receive the Android 14 update.
However, I recently learned that the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G is now deemed ineligible for the Android 14 update. This discrepancy has left me feeling frustrated and misled as a consumer.
I kindly request that Samsung reconsiders its decision and fulfills the commitment made during the purchase. Providing the Android 14 update for the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G would not only demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction but also ensure a positive and transparent relationship with your user base.
It's better to clear your doubts on internet instead of resellers. There are two reasons. Number one, they don't have proper knowledge. Number two, they love to cheat us to sell their products
I also bought my Samsung s20 fe 5g last Jan as I was assured I'll get Android update but I have not received the same. I was also explained by the Samsung executive. This is extremely disappointing.
