As a user of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G for nearly two years now, I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience with this device.

I write to you today with a concern regarding the software updates for the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G. I have been following Samsung's commitment to providingThree years of OS updates for this device. As per this promise, S20 FE 5G, which originally launched withAndroid 11 and One UI 3 out of the box in India, should logically receive updates up to Android 14 with One UI 6 being the final update.

I would like to address a misconception that some individuals have regarding the initial software version of the Galaxy S20 FE 5G in India. To clarify, I have referenced unboxing videos from prominent Indian Tech YouTubers, and their video descriptions clearly state that the device was launched with Android 11 and One UI 3. I believe these references validate the software version that the device was indeed shipped with. All of these videos were uploaded by these Youtubers in 2021
