Yeah, s10 lite was launched with android 10 so according to Samsung's 3 OS update policy for S series you'll get updates upto Android 13 it'll be the last OS update...

S10e, S10, S10+ were launched with android 9 so android 12 was last for them but s10 lite was launched with android 10 lately that's why android 13 will be last for it...
