Android 13 update

My samsung s21 5g has not received the android 13 update up to now any idea how to go about the issue thank you.

No problem, but I am pretty bummed out that the 10 series won't be getting android 13 because my old phone is a note 10+ and the 10 series are still very capable phones even for today, but it's just the way it is 😁

Same here, we were promised it in the beginning of November, even all the budget A series got the update and that includes the A13, it's crazy to imagine that a phone that costs about 7 times less is getting treated better 😳. I always thought their was a sort of hierarchy when they updates phones, in that the more expensive S series line up are updated first and it gradually reaches down to the budget A series, it now seems like they are just updating devices at random 😂

Considering s21 plus is the premium range and all the mid range have the update 🤔 this is not right at all levels.

Agreed, not even the Z Fold 4 has the update, yet this is samsungs most expensive phone, it's crazy how unorganized samsung is, don't know what happened this year, because last year everything seemed fine. my guess is that samsung is trying to please the south african market because most of the samsung phones that are bought are midrangers in South africa, but maybe there are other reasons 🤔

@Taylen you can say that again last year on my s21 i got the update in November and now its mid December and still nothing maybe they have other reasons and just need to communicate with customers so we know where we stand.
