S22 ultra not receiving updates since 2023

Im using a s22 ultra and has been stuck on android 13. What can be the cause and how do i receive android 15 and oneui 7

That's weird, the update for S22 is complete and we are in the phase of catching up the A-series phones 👀
All (eligible) S-series phones are all in One UI 7 by now...
I would contact Samsung directly and see what's up

Just check rq if your phone is original and the software is original as well in the settings and Members diagnostics

Hi there your phone got bricked try flushing it using Odin once you done your phone will get back to normal will start receiving updates again
