Hi everyone I'm from Zimbabwe and I bought a Samsung S22 Ultra some 3 years ago here in Zimbabwe but it's an AT&T device and is stuck on android 13 software tried to upgrade to no avail it asks that I connect to a WiFi I have starlink and all sorts of different wifi but it keeps saying no update for me check after 24hrs tried contacting ARLT &T and they said I must vome and upgrade it in the USA which is impossible what should I do to upgrade to latest software

I bought mine in January this year and it's stuck on Android 14
