Android 13 update

I have purchased samsung s21fe at diwali. In news I come to to know that samsung devices get android version update in comming few weeks but not for samsung s21fe. Why the company has not providing update for this phone.

Shouldnt be the case as they are offering 3 year updates. I watched so many reviews and hence, got a 2 year old S20FE for the same reason.
